Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled up to the time it has been shipped.  Once a shipping label has been created and the order has been shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Subscription orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped.  If the order has processed and shipped, the customer will need to cancel the next scheduled delivery(s).

Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun being made.
